To make certain revisions to the Malibu Little League Constitution that was adopted on June 3, 2002, certain changes were made the the Constitution by the Members at the League’s General Meeting on October 7, 2008. The purpose of the changes was to clarify League “Membership,” to align the General Meeting with the League’s fiscal year, to provide flexibility in the scheduling of the General Meeting, to allow the Members to set the number of Board seats, and to allow the Board to determine the appropriate FDIC insured depository for League accounts.
